IR Package Portfolio Project for IR & Management
The purpose of this BI Report is to present the quarter-over-quarter metrics for JSC Lion Finance Group's investors, management, and all relevant stakeholders, including departments and interested parties. The report highlights key ratios, the Income Statement, the Balance Sheet, and a comprehensive ratio list essential for understanding the operational performance across all segments of the group.
Request & User needs

My manager requested an IR package report for investors and management. Following upper management's directives, I aimed to include all required reporting lines for the project. The objective was to create a concise, informative report with effective visualizations.
Data Cleansing & Transformation (Excel)

To fulfill the analytical requirements and business needs outlined in the user stories, a comprehensive data model was developed. This model leverages data extracted from an Excel file integrated with the Investor Relations (IR) package utilized by JSC Lion Finance Group. The data model supports detailed financial analysis, reporting, and visualization for stakeholders.​​​​

This data model also shows how Income Statement been connected to Balance Sheet and Ratios tables.
Sales Management Dashboard

The finished IR Package dashboard with one page containing key Ratios and overview, with two other pages focused on combining tables for necessary details and visualizations to show balance sheet and P&L over time, per segment and Reporting Line.
Conclusion
​
This Power BI Sales Dashboard provides an analysis of JSC Lion Finance Group segment performances, revenue trends, and key business metrics, offering actionable insights for decision-making. The data sources used for this project originate from JSC Bank of Georgia IR Package support, ensuring a diverse and structured dataset for analysis.
